Through survey and research studies on thecompetitiveness of the Group’s remuneration,comprehensively considering factors such as annualstaff cost budget, annual staffing requirements,etc., we reasonably adjusted the remuneration levelsof employees. We established a production safetystandardisation system and passed the audit of Beijing'sproduction safety standardisation (Level 3), conductedtraining on production safety for employees to ensuretheir safety, advocated the combination of work andleisure, and organised a number of employee activitiesto enrich the working life of employees.
Compliance operation
We conducted publicity activities on corruption-freepractice and business ethics for directors, senior andmiddle management and employees, and throughvarious channels continuously promoted the buildingof business ethics culture, continuously promotedthe environmental and social risks management ofthe supply chain to ensure the supplier’s complianceoperation, and guarantee the quality of the Group’sproducts and services.
Environment
Through means such as improving the managementsystem, raising awareness publicity and implementingdaily management, we are actively respondingto China’s “Peak carbon dioxide emissions andcarbon neutrality targets” and make every effort tominimise the energy consumption during operations,complying with the principle of “Reduce, recycle,harmless” enshrined in the Prevention and Controlof Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste Law of thePeople's Republic of China to optimise the disposalmethod of waste and reduce environmental pollutionthrough recycling.
Community investment
We continued to participate in community welfareactivities, support disadvantaged groups and assistvillage revitalisation.
